By using Departure Ready, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What Departure Ready Does

Departure Ready organizes your travel confirmation emails into a visual itinerary. You forward your booking confirmations to a unique email address we provide, and we parse them into a structured trip view.

2. Your Account

You create an account by entering your email address on our website. You receive a unique forwarding address and a short code to access your itinerary. You are responsible for keeping your code private — anyone with your itinerary URL can view your trip details.

3. Your Data

You own your data. We store the emails you forward and the structured data we extract from them. We use this data solely to provide the service to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Departure Ready offers a free trial period. After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription.

Departure Ready Annual — auto-renewable subscription at the price displayed in the app at time of purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Departure Ready to forward emails that are not travel confirmations, to abuse the service, or to attempt to access other users' data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep Departure Ready available at all times, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service depends on third-party providers (email delivery, hosting, AI parsing) that may experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

7. Accuracy

Departure Ready uses AI to parse your confirmation emails. While we strive for accuracy, parsed data may contain errors. Always verify critical travel details (times, dates, confirmation numbers) against your original confirmation emails. We are not liable for errors in parsed data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Departure Ready is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
